Basic Jab - Ushaara wildly jabs a ceremonial silver halberd at you.

Pound (same for Swipe) - Ushaara swings a ceremonial silver halberd at you.

No one really ever uses a basic swing when fighting, but on the off-chance they do, is there any chance of getting 'wildly' added to the basic swing message so that there's no ambiguity in what type of action someone is using to attack you? All the other swing types have a unique message. eg. With a heavy overhand stroke..., Flourishing a ceremonial silver halberd above his head...

Was playing with Cavalier's recover strikes and saw that the recovered random swing (basic swing) did have the 'wildly' included there!

You know that 'What's Happening' ticker on the firefox tookbar and the website and so on? I think it'd be neat if other things showed up there besides levels and deaths and the achievements. Like, if someone recorded a play on their stage. Or the book they published made it through the review period. Or if they earned a guild or city/commune favor. Or got a favor from a Divine.

Could we possibly add in a way for Chancellors to see who is allied to various shops. Its hard to see who's running shops for owners that are dormant.

I would still really, really, really like a CONFIG option to see the type(s) of damage a denizen just smacked me with. :(

That would be great. And possibly a config that tells you exactly how much time of eq your own attack took. No more ambiguity and guessing at latency when testing.

I haven't really played much nethack (just enough to die horribly several times without making it far), so coming up with the most deadly ansi letter is beyond me! Also... I recommend Dungeons of Dredmor to you, it's my rogue-like of choice and has plenty of skill choices to let you recreate just about any Lusternia guild.

How about adding another column for ELECTIONS with the time remaining in the election?

Do you really have so many elections going at once that you can't check them individually? And I think they're sorted in order of when they started too.

When all you want to know is how long an election still has to go, and when there's no real reason _not_ to have the remaining time in the election, why not have it on ELECTIONS? Saves us having to enter another command just to check it...
