Allow person-napping for the sake of marriage. suspicious.gif

I honestly would be interested, but for Aicuthi's RP, I want her to marry a male. She's really the only Shevat who can have biologically legitimate children.

On topic of simple ideas:

Link cultural achievements to FAMILY HONOUR, if it isn't already...?

Simple Idea:
Give 2 levels to anyone under 90 who did not start playing after the institution of all the xp bonuses, double xp days, lips, and anything that makes it much easier to get Demi compared to how it was before all this.

Another Idea:
Please make it so that when switching to a race in which you already know the language, it switches the racial language if you have one with the learned language?

Allow powderfruit, white-skinned lemons and apples to count as fruit for commodity quests. Let carrots, chokeberries and ginger count for vegetables.

Yes. Also, Loti for vegetables or grain (it's a mushroom, a very tasty mushroom), dates for fruit and sweetgrass for grain.

This is a good idea. Finishing an epic quest and anything related to your org should definitely provide the family with a chunk of honor. It should go in with the family system revamp, whenever that is happening.

If you have 2 or more people following you, can we do the action:

LOSE EVERYONE

To lose everyone that has been following you?

SPRINT , CAST CENTRE, PLAY MAJORSIXTH <#> and other commands move you but not people following you.

Lose entourage doesn't work?

Edit: And if you made that majorsixth change then similar skills like hermit should probably get it too.

CARRY (ADVENTURER)
DROP (ADVENTURER)
THROW (ADVENTURER) DIRECTION

Allow people to have the option to carry other people. Movement is slowed, the piggy back wanter can finally get that piggy back they wanted, and it allows someone to paint another heroic scene of an older player carrying a younger player out of an inferno

But be warned. If you are much smaller in size than the person you try to carry, you may fail entirely. While you try to carry a lighter person, you can THROW ^PERSON DIRECTION to toss the player unwillingly away. You can also throw the person to another player, who if is of a much smaller size than the humanoid projectile, will be crushed.

----------
Ever since I started playing Lusternia, way back when, I wanted the ability to carry people, or be carried. Have a broken leg, and in trying to find a healer, your friend slings you across their back and carries you. I know it sounds retarded and all, but it will help roleplaying.

Also, movement while carrying is slowed. If you move excessively, the person you are carrying has a chance of falling. So instead of the Hastiness message, you also get ^PERSON has fallen from your grasp.

Best add a confirmation mechanism to that thing or nublets would be dragged to say, Astral, just to leave them to be killed by angry critters without Avenger again.

No need to name names about that particular memory.

Like I said in another thread:

Label skills gained by a truefavour or lost by a truedisfavour in some different color on your AB WHATEVERSKILLSETTHISIS list.

One month a year being devoted to bug fixes and rewriting code like this past September. Systems require maintenance.

Because I am obnoxious and persistent, I am often referencing my newsposts. I'd love it if I could simply NSUM GLOM(doring) and have a list of the 15 or so most recent posts.

Yes, NSTAT to see what post we're at and then NSUM GLOMDORING (#) is one and a half steps too many. :|

How about condensing that to

Can we have a little more diversity in weather? On the roads, it's either sunny, cloudy, or raining (except in the mountains, where it occassionaly snows). And in communes/cities it never seems to be anything other than sunny or cloudy. The wind is always howling and stinging the eyes, and weather plays absolutely no part in anything (except for blizzards). Especially within the cities and communes, I'd like to see a little bit more diversity.

This has come up before. Apparently the weather code is a legacy from Achaea that wasn't even understood there, and coders who attempt to figure it out now generally end up being devoured by sleeping dead eldritch entities with non-Euclidean bodies, so it's unlikely it'll get changed much.
Ileein2010-11-16 03:52:30
It's true. Nobody understands the weather code.

This really makes me want to look at it suspicious.gif
