Halve the experience you gain from aetherhunting, please. I don't care what cons you may bring up about aetherhunting, the pro of easy experience completely overshadow them.

I don't mind looking at adjusting aetherhunting xp but halving it would bring us below where it was when we got endless complaints on how aetherhunting wasn't worth the bother!

How does other people gaining experience negatively impact you in any way, Rika?

Answer: it doesn't! We've got hoards of demigods already and it wouldn't be fair to suddenly turn off the faucet. I guess people who got it before aetherbashing was upgraded are bitter at all the effort they wasted, but at least they got to play a demigod back when it actually meant something, both in terms of being a notable achievement and all of the bonuses it grants for combat being not so common. Demigods are the norm now, not the exception, and that's not gonna change no matter how much you try to back peddle on experience.

I have to agree with Rika, if it is enough for me to gain a level, the experience per effort is far too good.

Seriously, trying to throttle back demigods now is 2 years to late. It's nothing but spite now to be doing it.

Lusternia is plain and simple the land of Demigods and that's not going to change in any way. Accept it.

I agree that it should be scaled back a bit, though half is obviously too extreme. My opinion probably means next to nothing on this matter, since I haven't been aetherhunting once since the changes.

Cut it all back to at least siphon-XP. Sitting on a siphon is better XP than AFKing stacks of guards, as it stands- so if it were all scaled back to siphon-level, it would still be a easy way to demi.

Also, on that note, only cut siphon experience to 75% of regular? Siphoning takes a lot of aetherwill!

I don't think anyone other than the pilot deserves anything near what people are currently getting from aetherhunting. They are the only ones who really need to pay any attention. You can pretty much go afk after locking into any other module. The current experience gain in aetherspace easily trumps the gain you can get from hunting, questing and influencing.

making it more dangerous is more likely to make aetherhunting useless again. In xp adjustement I think aetherhunting should still be better then normal hunting since you need multiple people though not as good as it is now.

This makes more sense than what I proposed. Cut everything else back to siphon-level, cut pilot a little bit (25%?).

Influencing is just as effortless and afkable and in many ways easier. Hell bashing is effortless for those with triggers.

Again, the whole experience issue should have been dealt with years ago. It wasn't. Throttling demigods now is nothing but 'I had to work harder than you and that's not fair." You aren't going to close the door on demigods with almost 100 of them out there. It's a fact of life in Lusternia now and with the combat gap being "reach demigod cause we have so many you need to be on level with them" it is good that it is easy enough to reach for anyone.

Honestly, I think they should raise the willpower drain on captains/grid, and lower it on turrets. REALLY lower willpower drain on siphoners.

I'm sure there are some who automate their bashing, just as most automate their influencing, but few (I hope) take it to the extreme that I've seen with aetherhunting. See the link I posted above for what I mean.

Automating the influencing of all centaurs (or whatever) in a single room is quite different from automatically targeting, firing, piloting, siphoning, and that whole she-bang.
