Still a bit risky if you ask me!
Risky as an opinion or risky for them? I don't think so. Consider they already can hold all of them without a trouble right now...I admit I don't know how they come out of dormancy though, so if they don't pop out together, IE Opposites together, then maybe this is possible.

Random question.
The kicking is included in 'Domoth Ascend' or are we allowing people to still camp the main area?

Doesn't matter, since you can just die and go on by with grace.

Shouldn't have to abuse grace.

Good thing that you're not abusing grace then. "Can't abuse grace."

You can abuse grace, Glomdoring was cited for it on a few occasions.
This is not the point though, and it still causes issues if someone can just camp outside of a veil.

As far as I am aware that is not the case. Guards are able to hit through grace, and "any other use is valid". You are supposed to use guards if they are using grace in your territory.

Yes yes do you want to argue about grace or can I get my question answered?
Technically being the domoth area is still participating in a stage. It is a stage of a stage.

If Gaudiguch held every domoth you'd be kicking and screaming right now, so quit whining and be grateful that anything's been done at all.

And technically the aetherspace outside is still participating if we were to fly around and blow up ships that come by, but that's not really restricted either. It's more of a staging area.

That's not even a mile within the point.....get your crap out of here and quit defending it. I asked a question, not an argument.

How is it not within a mile of the point? It's the exact same thing, a staging area for one of the stages.

It's not the exact same thing. most of the people that are doing domoths have access to bublixes. That is easily avoidable. But having to die, defup, then walk past a bunch of a people? I don't know.

I would actually dispute that "most," given how many different bubbles the things can spawn on. However, you have bubblixes to bypass a ship blockade, and grace and / or divinefire to bypass a group in the general Domoth area. Either way gives you a by, if people even bother trying it (since, well, getting by in both ways is quite plausible, so wasting time blocking it isn't so worthwhile). Better to just absolve.
However, I don't think it's very feasible to block off the general Domoth area. Ascendants spawn there immediately when we die, heh.
Rodngar2010-01-23 02:58:57
The only response to zergs is to place a cap or limiter on how many people can be in the realm of the Domoth. Just throwing out an idea: what about applying a heavier weight on Demigods in the Domoth realms, per other Demigod in their citizenship sphere. It would make it harder and harder to maintain a large group up there, unless the penalty is somehow negligible anyways?
Munsia2010-01-23 03:45:51
Something pointed out to me....@Estarra: Glomdoring can give to Hallifax and absolve us apparently?
Rika2010-01-23 03:47:02
I don't know about entirely shutting any particular org out of any domoth. Basically all that is going to happen is that you'll have one org getting half of the domoths and then another org getting the other half.

Or Glomdoring still getting all, raising more ridiculous amounts of ascendants.....
I'd choose the new option, but I guess I still haven't seen it in action.

Yes, a throne can be absolved if the owner doesn't like the opposite Domoth holder (and this change will cause a whole lot more absolving, I suppose). But Absolve hasn't been used much at all, so it will be kinda nice to see it used. May need some tweaks because as Sojiro said it will be kind of a "daily raid" for a while I imagine.
