So basically I never really liked shooting splinters at people. Also cudgels have a dull short description that's the same for both Hartstone and Blacktalon, so I wrote up some new ones based on the old champion artifacts. Thanks to Senna, Narynth, and Sadie for help with them and some person whose name I can't remember for giving me the idea like... a year and half ago.
