Hey guys Lyner here!
I don't really know if you have it in your news but last night there was a big earthquake where I live (Chile) 8.5 or so in Richter (not THAT Richter)

There's a mess in some zones of the country and there are still some small quakes going on.

If you happen to have a friend or family around here then try to contact them directly since there are no yet official ways to contact your families or friends through the government.

Myself? I'm one of the lucky people who managed to keep their houses practically unscathed, though many things fell from their shelves and stuff.

Just wanted to keep you all informed (in case you care xD)

Take care all!

Lot's of old edifications are now nothing but ruins. 78 deaths so far. There's no leaving or entering the capital (Santiago) for now and our president has declared a state of emergency. There have been tons of small quakes during the day, I just felt a small one as I write this.
I'm worried about my friends, we have no phone, the lines are pretty much collapsed so far

Chile has a building codes, so even though it was almost 100 times the strength, expect much less of a problem.

Scary thing is it's the same place as the 9.5 in the 60's.

My thoughts go to Hawaii as I write this, having about 500 relatives of my own back there.
