I haven't watched all of it, yet, but I'm really positively surprised - not only by Estarra's courage to go on the air at all, but also by the overall impression she's making. I believe it was a good decision to thus open up to the (Lusternian/IRE) public.

I think the whole idea of webcasts is a great way to feel more connected to the producers of the game. Granted, I don't really prefer ustream all that well as there were some lag issues. I hope Roark does one soon! Also, talking about Open Beta made me seriously miss unlimited demesnes and demesne summon... and the fact demesnes used to hit the entire demesne every tick with effects.
