This much like many of the other recent design choices suck, what I really want to know is why? What does it do was it done to fix a bug. All it can do is kill roleplay, its unneeded gimping for nothing more then the sake of ruining somebodies day. Really, there isn't a good thing to come of this not that I can see. I'm sorry if this is comming out overly rude, but I would honestly like an answer from the person who decided to spearhead this change.

Hey guys, what's up?

It's to punish those who choose roleplay over mechanics

>.> Didn't Estarra already close a thread like this?

What is pissing me off at this point are the people who are sitting draining essence like mad and haven't offered a single thing since affinity. They do not talk on OT, they do not attend order functions. In short, they are nothing but essence drains. I don't mind covering for people if they make an effort. If they're just in the order to have the damn line in their honours, they need to bow out and save us the essence. And yes, I need to talk to Maylea about it IC, but I'm really wondering what's up with the players. Dormancy I can understand, I suppose, but if it's not, it's just asinine.

It was done to address perceived problems - we are aware it is not a particularly well-liked decision, but I believe it is decided to be here to stay.

Estarra's said that we are happy to consider new things, to help encourage joining gods of the same org - feel free to make a thread on that topic, with helpful, focused ideas.

"This sucks" and "this sucks like everything else has" aren't particularly helpful, and the topic's been talked to death.
