1.) Yes.
2.) It only works one way. For example, Yuyuko decides she doesn't like Komachi because she's getting to be too much competition in the chest department, and targets her for a nightkill. If you swap yourself with poor Hina, Hina dies - but if Hina was ALSO roleblocked that night, you're not affected by that. Does that make it clearer?
