This is getting us nowhere, and Saran and Vendetta don't want to play ball, so we'll try Xavius' plan. No Lynch today, Saran protects Xavius, Xavius researches on Siam, and we hope and pray that the Arsonist doesn't blow the bomb. I just hope you're all aware that Vendetta is effectively immune to Nightkills. If he's scum, the only way he's going down is a lynch.

I don't want to be protected so much as a random person. If I come up at random, that's ok too.

As I said before, we need to assume the worst, and the worst case scenario right now is that you, me and possibly Saran are sitting on bombs right now. Out of us three, your power is the most vital to the Endgame plan of shutting down the Arsonist, second only to Siam, the global blocker. That's why you need to be protected.

Works for me. This would also be the first time I get to see this decision made in a mafia game I'm playing.

The rising sun heralds the shining new dawn of Day 5. A headcount reveals that everyone alive as of last evening is still present.. For now.

Ok, report your actions last night. Specifically, whether Saran used his one-shot Doctor and who Xavius copied from.

Attempted, however why did you not attempt a kill if we were expecting Siam to global roleblock?

We were all expecting Xavius to copy my power.

Indeed, we were following Xavius' plan, not mine. Now according to his plan, he should have Siam's global block power and we'll be able to have three free lynches. It's pretty nice, provided Xavius really DID copy Siam and not say... me or Vendetta, you know, a power that would solely benefit him.

And if that's too subtle, then I'll come out and say it that I AM suspicious of Xavius right now. There was NO reason why we had to vote No Lynch yesterday. Now we have another bomb under someone's arse, just so Xavius could copy another power that we can't even be sure which he took.

I have a contingency for this though. If Xavius did follow the proper plan and ISN'T planning to screw us over, then he won't have any problem with global blocking tonight while I hold my gun to his head. Right?

As for today's lynch, I'll wait for Xavius' response. If he did take Siam's power like he was supposed to, then I'm still in favor of lynching Vendetta due to his lack of confirmation that he's innocent and that his power does not benefit the group. Then we can have Xavius global block tonight and save Siam's for tomorrow night.

From the lack of 'splodiness, we can pretty much guarantee that the arsonist hasn't been dousing up until now. This is good enough to clear Siam in my book. He had great opportunity to do so without needing to explain why he wasn't targetting anybody.

I'm willing to let Tekora survive to shoot at me to confirm that I have the roleblock. That being said, Tekora was eager to go along with Shiri's plan (read: the scum plan, the kill everything plan, the pro-FUD and anti-discussion plan). Tekora has been taking active steps to thin the townie population. I am strongly in favor of his lynch tomorrow (or today, if you don't care to confirm that I have the power -- I'll use it either way). You'll also notice that he's waiting to hop on a bandwagon rather than voting his conviction.

Tekora is also perfectly aware of the numbers behind needing a no lynch. If we were unlucky, a lynch would've put us at 1:1 against the arsonist, which is a town loss. Don't let him fool you.

Anyways, random.org picked Vendetta over Saran. I've got no reason to suspect one over the other.
