Appearance:
a smiling, nacreous nimbus shield
Dropped:
With a bright smile emblazoned forever on its face, a nacreous shield forged in the shape of a lofty cloud rests here.
Examined:
Coated in a nacreous pearly sheen, this curious shield bears a roughly triangular shape, having been forged in the image of a lofty cloud complete with fleecy protrusions and tufts of ivory fluff. Like a softly shimmering halo, an iridescent band lines the outside fringes of the cloud, sending off dazzling prisms of colour whenever graced by the light. The shield is lightweight and slightly concave, being easily handled by the grey satin sash on its interior. Emblazoned on the front of the shield in bold, silvery black ink is a wide and smiling face, cartoonishly composed of just two dots and an upward curving line. Faintly imprinted on the underside of the shield is an emerald eight-pointed star embraced by two soft, snowy wings.

A violent assault on the eyes, these silk robes are decorated with a
mighty clash of colours. Swirls of toxic green, iridescent violet and
caustic orange mix with strange spirals of electric blue and whorls of
searing yellow, seemingly following no set pattern. However, a closer
glance reveals strange and hideous faces scattered across the robes,
peeking out from the colours with leering smiles and winking eyes. The
hem and cuffs are embroidered with wide stripes of green and orange, a
pattern that also covers the inner lining of the robes. The wide hood
bears two large, green eyes, and the edge of the hood bears a pattern
that resembles a grinning mouth with a row of big white teeth, giving
the appearance that the robes are trying to eat the wearer's head. A
wide cotton sash, dyed green and covered with embroidered images of red
cactus weed sprigs, completes the design and allows the wearer to keep
the robes comfortably fastened.
It has 50 months of usefulness left.
It weighs about 3 pounds and 0 ounce(s).
It bears the distinctive mark of Pyroholic Arix Carthan, the Fashion Police.

Dropped:

Examined:
Dangling from a slender chain of fine silver links, the wearer's ear is
given by a tiny tool a curious sparkle, obviously intended for modifying
some kind of machinery, that makes up this earring. Its edges lined with
flanges of varying sizes, the chain holds up the tiny tool at a
significant distance from the ear, which is clearly decorative and not
intended for actual use. Held on by a simple iron clasp, a light
sprinkling of diamond dust gives the earring an extra sparkle.

Lists-of-designs wikis never seem to get going for the simple reason that it's about a hundred times more work than you imagine, and a tenth as useful since it's out of date by the time you finish it. But Kharaen's got a package she sells that's as close as you're likely to get.
It's actually free now, but...I don't really support it since I don't really play and it's completely reliant on other people supplying information. They are HERE though. I'm very proud of the list that I manage to get, and the Compendiums are very useful, if now outdated.
Pretty much every design in the Feasts' cartel is unusual, though there are a couple tame ones. Feast designs here ->

9625 - a pair of bizarre lobstrosity slippers
Dropped: A pair of bizarre red slippers have been dropped here, collecting dust.
Examined: Sewn from soft felt, these slippers are bright red and slightly disturbing. The body of the slippers has been designed to resemble the flesh of a lobstrosity, dyed brilliant crimson and covered with a red leather carapace. Rising up from the front of the slippers, the torso of the beast bears a slavering maw of black and white felt, and the head is topped by two dangling eyestalks. The eyes are made of two tiny onyx disks, covered by slightly larger glass bubbles that are each embedded into a piece of white moonstone. The slightest movement causes the onyx eyes to rattle around in the glass, giving the illusion of jittery eye movement. Four spindly, slightly uneven legs dangle from either side of the slippers, seemingly placed as an afterthought.

4962 - Liquid robes of gleaming
Dropped: Lying in a puddle of molten silver are some greatrobes.
Examined: Meticulously woven from fine strands of silver, these robes are a thin shell that coolly coats the flesh, and gleams with a metallic radiance. Gliding over the wearer’s body with a liquid opulence, these robes flow smoothly to the ground and pool in gleaming puddles of molten silver. The long sleeves are wide, and flow to just past the wearer’s fingertips, ensnaring the hands within its greedy folds. Creeping seamlessly from the neck of the robes is a long, cowled hood that can be pulled over the wearer’s head, ensconcing it within the hood’s shadowless depths. The metallic material clings to the wearer’s body, showing it off in simple, elegant curves. No pockets or loops mar the intricate lacing of this silver garment, nor are stitches apparent. Anyone wearing these robes may be mistaken to be a beast from the astral planes, a puddle of quicksilver come to life.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5934 - pink doeskin robes of flayed viscanti hide
Dropped: Some robes have been discarded here, seeming nothing more then the flayed husk of some unfortunate soul.
Examined: Confectioned from the soft, tanned hide of a doe, these robes are of a tight fit that snugly encases the body and limbs of its bearer. The skinned husk of a viscanti has been inverted and then skillfully sewn onto the garment, an excess amount of old blood and remaining chunks of rotting muscle staining the garment a bloody pink. Elaborate work with dyes and paints have further refined obscure ligaments with diluted streaks, and established sinewy muscle in dark shades bordering fucshia along every trace of the garment. A desiccated eyeball adorns the cuffs of the robe like a macabre cufflink, each having been cast with a thin enamel of red gold and have had their irides tinted with a pink dye. Scorched finger bones fully encircle the tattered hem of these robes, crimson runes depicting death engraved upon them. Sewn into a mask, and meant to be pulled down over the face, the hood of these robes has been tailored from the skinned cranium of a viscanti child. The grisly ornament is lined with pink doeskin leather, while strands of scarlet hair still cling to the child’s scalp.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
10016 - dazzling pink and fuchsia great robes
Dropped: A set of vibrant robes has been dropped here, and is collecting dust.
Examined: Almost painfully vibrant, these robes assault the eyes and skirt the boundaries of good taste. Swirls of blinding pink mix with whorls and spirals of brilliant fuchsia, covering the bulk of the outer robes with an eye-gouging array of colour that leaves one slightly dazed. The various twists and spirals of colour are occasionally outlined with embroidered silk thread of a vivid crimson, adding a shimmering effect to the already flashy robes. The sleeves are fairly wide, and the cuffs are sewn with a striped pattern of slightly darker hue than the rest of the outfit, a pattern that is repeated along the hem, and continues up the robes to outline the edge of the hood. The insides are lined with a pale, rose-coloured silk, and are embroidered with a pattern of frolicking red kittens and playful pink puppies. Finally, the ample hood has a long tail that hangs to the wearer’s lower back, at the end of which dangles a large, gold bell that jingles loudly with every step.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6008 - a pink kitty claw adorned with bells and ribbon
Dropped: A playful nekai has been discarded here, its bells laid at rest.
Examined: Three knives are affixed to a rippling, brushed silver plate that fits onto the back of the wielder’s hand, the slender blades forged from tempered rose gold that has been tipped with iron, hooked claws. Fused beneath the fist plate is an iron rod, its surface gently serrated to provide for better gripping. A ribbon of thinly hammered pink gold snaps around the wrist like a bracelet, grooves and ruffles forged into it in imitation of folds in fabric. The bow of this ribbon has been woven together from strands of the same alloy, the metallic thread strangely fluid and luminescent so that it surpasses the lustrous quality of the finest silks. A tiny, round bell of gleaming platinum has been fastened at the base of the knives of the nekai, each round bell bearing clappers that separately emit a unique resonance. A stylised kitten playing with a ball of yarn has been lightly engraved onto the fist plate of the nekai.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5499 - a bucktoothed bunny klangaxe (accompanies bunny pyjamas)
Dropped: Both cute and deadly, a discarded bunny axe awaits use here.
Examined: As long as most furrikin are tall, this unusual axe’s blade and shaft have been crafted entirely from platinum. A singularly deep, thin notch has been worked into the blade’s centre to grant a resemblance to buckteeth. The weapon’s head has been covered with delicately stitched white wool, with two long fluffy ears sweeping away from the blade. Eyes of brilliant pink sapphire eagerly stare out over a fuzzy felt nose, around which whiskers sprout cheerfully in the form of barbed, stainless steel nails. The axe’s pommel has been fitted with a large stuffed rabbit’s foot using soft pink leather for its pad, from which wickedly curved nails of pink sapphire gently branch outwards.

a painting of Gadritan walking away from a huge explosion
A towering conflagration of smoke and flame consumes the canvas, its billowing plumes and bulges evidence of a recent explosion. Bits of shrapnel and other debris appear fly from the blast in all directions, some buzzing the head of the lone figure depicted walking away from the explosion. The large loboshigaru boasts rippling muscles, massive biceps, glossy white fur, and piercing golden eyes. Embers and ash swirl dramatically around the bare-chested warrior as he stalks towards the viewer, not even looking back. Most of his clothing was obviously destroyed as he rescued some baby or puppy from the blaze. The drying blood smattered on his paws and face imply a recently pummeled enemy and the look of fierce determination in his eyes says "You're next."

A dangling modifier, a specific case of which is the dangling participle, is an error in sentence structure whereby a grammatical modifier is associated with a word other than the one intended, or with no particular word at all. For example, a writer may have meant to modify the subject, but word order makes the modifier seem to modify an object instead. Such ambiguities can lead to unintentional humor or difficulty in understanding a sentence.
A typical example of a dangling modifier is illustrated in the sentence Turning the corner, a handsome school building appeared. The modifying clause Turning the corner is clearly supposed to describe the behaviour of the narrator (or other observer), but grammatically it appears to apply to nothing in particular, or to the school building. Similarly, in the sentence At the age of eight, my family finally bought a dog, the modifier At the age of eight "dangles" in mid-air, attaching to no named person or thing.
