How about packages of things you can't buy any other way anymore? Wand of Ice, Magic Chisel, Symbol of the Gods, Font of the Gods, Censers, stuff like that.

Other possible ideas. Paying for something impermanent like a divine blessing. Rental skill/artifacts could also be loaned temporarily. Auctions might be more effective than simple discounts. For example you could have a garage sale where one of each artifact is available, bidding could start at 55% of retail value and players would compete in price.

It would kill the alchemy market, but yeah, I'd have all three easily.

That would have a significant negative impact on the game economy though, because those are major sources of income for alchemists. Just get the kegger!

I'm not sure if anyone would get that transplanar cubix package either because in my experience, tesseract is usually used as a means to get up and down the planes, which the cubix does by itself. Similarly, does someone with a 2k credit artifact care about 3 power to teleport, especially when they would use teleport less often than others because they can cubix/walk to a place?

A better package would bundle the ring of aetheric quickening with the pyramid puzzle and maybe the power ring, since you'd have more of a use for those skills and the aetheric quickening buffs the pyramid puzzle.

If nothing else, the Planar Power package is a cubix + 666 free bound credits to spend on something else.

While some of the one-time artifacts might well be made available again, Estarra always said those vials would never be made available again. (Not that she's never changed her mind, though. But it's still a different category from something like the Font, where it was always possible.)
