Most frustrating moment I've ever experienced in Lusternia: Sitting between two locked doors in a manse that wasn't mine and not being able to think of any way to get out on my own. I felt like the dumbest noob that ever was. Now I've finally learned that doors in aethershops are best not wandered through at random, just because they're there.

Tweet 1: I love Magnagora. Like, a lot. A lot, a lot. In the city where a-holes roam rampant, everyone OCCly is so damned nice!
Tweet 2: Liok needs to get Virt Highmagic already. I'm tired of always getting a monk to 15 deathmark, ecto'd, and getting full-locked during my crucify spam -.-
Tweet 3: I miss not being so squishy. Moar aetherhunts prs!
Tweet 4: List of people to be able to kill one day has has a few names knocked off! *stroke archdemon*

I do not understand people sometimes.
Event summary/thought process:
1) In Hallifax, break decorum. Just a minor infraction. No big deal.
2) Get told "Please keep your tongue to yourself while in public." Still not a big deal, just being reminded of proper behaviour.
3) Roll eyes, stick out your tongue and go "Pffhhttt!!", argue you can do that if you want to. Ok, that's a pretty inappropriate reaction.
4) Get told to not argue proper decorum, which is a law, with a Senator, and to act with more respect. I don't think this is an unreasonable thing to say.
5) FREAK OUT ABOUT INEQUALITY AND CORRUPTION whuh??????
6) Refuse to stop freaking out. Throw insults around. Well I'll continue trying to reason with her but...oh, looks like she's getting uncitizened. Yeah, that seemed pretty inevitable from the way things were going.
Aaaand then I got called a dumb bitch and corrupt and powerhungry through tells for about ten minutes. I am...so confused. And one or two citizens seemed to be siding with her, which only serves to amplify my confusion. Huh? I don't get it.

Wasn't my decision; I'm not the one who removed her and never said to. But honestly if she was going to keep that up it was gonna happen eventually. And she was CR1 with no favours ever so she couldn't just be disfavoured. -shrug-

Cleanin' up the Collective.
Really, though, that kind of attitude can lead to nothing good, in any organization.

I don't understand this thought. Just because there would be no mechanical consequences of the disfavour doesn't mean it can't be used. Half the point of a disfavour it the embarrassment of all your peers knowing that you did something wrong. Same with favours. Just because someone is already CR6 doesn't mean they can't get a cityfavour recognizing that they did something worthwhile.

No, you mechanically can't do it.

Gasp. And here I thought snubbing was for useless IG roleplayed grudges. No?
My mind. It is blown.

1) It only takes one person to inform someone "Hey dont do that anymore". Said person had three people trying to say this to them which immediately puts anyone into a defensive position. Same three people continued to nag said person continually until the person exploded. Lets not make it seem like they went from 0 to 10 in 1 second.
2) One of those people was Arte.... not very many people like Arte in Hallifax
3) The way Phoebus says things comes off as stick up rear end constantly....

The effect of the disfavour is public, however, it also means that you might loose privileges and at least it will take longer to rise rank. The only effect this has on someone with no favours is the public factor.
The same effect could be done with a log entry and does not consume a favour which could be used elsewhere. Personally I feel wasting a favour when other options exist is rather silly especially because it litterally serves no point but hoping to embarras them into behaving.
Could always implement a system where those who break laws while at 0 favours could lose future favours or something. Or make it possible to disfavour someone below cr1 you could strip channels and news though that could require quite a bit of rewriting. Based on the guess that cr is an unsigned integer or the like, with ranks when that number is greater than set amounts, all the numbers would need to be adjusted up and you would need to start at 1 rather than 0.

Depends on the behaviour, I have certainly seen many people completely ignore warnings and then try to pass themselves off as innocent.

It's hallifax, servants are actually treated FAR more nicely than they could be from what I have seen. Someone was all... sadpanda because they were reminded that they are indeed a servant until they earn themselves a higher place in the collective. I think they felt it was insulting.
