But if Xanfinro deserved the favor, that's hardly inappropriate. I'm not getting it.
Now, if you just favored Xanfinro to write that giant "Take that!" to Arte in the city logs, then maybe I might understand being a little annoyed (but not enough to disfavor). But, it's not like you can hoard them to give out one big superfavor. Personally, if Denust were CR6, I try to find someone to favor every weave just because I share the love that way.

I stopped favouring anyone for a few days since Arte wrote a log telling me to include the still be favour list, because he somehow managed to not be able to read 'Rika cityfavoured blahblahblah for: Above' as the last entry in the logs before he favoured the same person. So, I waited until I could favour the very last person on the list just so I could make an unnecessarily long post. Note how I even included the still to favour bit.

So you waited just because you wanted to make a smart aleck remark in the logs, blatantly disrespecting the city leader, and don't see how that could be taken as something badly, at all?
You also fail to mention how, during the favours for the last revolt, someone else also made the mistake of favouring somebody twice because the people weren't listed, which is why you were reminded to make sure to do it after the mistake was made again. And the fact that your "previous offense" was killing Taroch so Gaudiguch could keep working on the Hand, so of course you aren't really going to get a free pass for any out-of-line behaviour.
Nope, of course it's just Arte being a big meanie.
