Well, given the reaction to the removal of Ascendance, we've decided to stop work on the endgame changes and see how things play out. This may be the optimal situation.

(And there was a bug with libraries, as I'm to understand, that caused the year to keep rolling)

What! WHAT ABOUT MY ENTRANCE/EXIT MESSAGE?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

???

What was the perceived problem; how would removing the Ascendance skillset solve that?

(psst, I think he's joking)

I was afraid (?) of that.

I don't really care if endgame releases are delayed. I want regular envoy stuff dealt with so the Illuminati can get the fix they have been asking for, since Illuminati opened, before October. I mean it's not like it's a difficult thing to do, it's 90% cut and paste code.

Edit:: If 5 minutes can be found in the busy schedule to give Institute a fix that wasn't direly needed, just massive thread induced, or 5 minutes to fix a flowing in org territory issue that has sat there for years, I am sure they can find 5 minutes in their busy schedule to give Illuminati the same consideration.

I think I like leveling. It's entertaining for some reason.

Hate. Going. Ahead. In. Time.

Be careful or there may be some fried Hallifaxians. I hear they're quite tasty.

So.. do the Sentinels/Institute have anything to say about the entire Basin seeming to be stuck in a continuous Time loop? I mean. People keep coming back after death, and events in smaller areas keep repeating themselves, such as the Stewartsville Murder Mystery, or the Tae'dae cubs getting sick and/or never growing up.

Such heady questions are only answerable by one person in this reality or any other.

It isn't that there's a time loop, it's just that the Tae'dae cubs have a horrible genetic disease and the Countess has a whole heap of enemies.

Do you even know what you are talking about? What the institute received so far was the downgrade that it needed, changing the gems from being based on enemy/ally lists effects to singular effects. The Institute has not received any of the other things mentioned in the thread, like the tools.

Basically, we're all in hell. It's kind of like the two NPCs in the Aetolian and Imperian introductions. Two are stuck eternally escaping from Slaver's Isle and the people of ancient Caanae get to live out their city being sacked by orcs and most of their people being killed or taken into slavery. Over and over and over again. The NPCs in Imperian are even aware that it repeats endlessly.

It's just that, in Lusternia's case, there's more variety.

There is no such thing as the Basin of Life. This is a lie, an illusion. You my friend, are also a lie. You do not exist. These lies are dressed up and downplayed by the hated communists admins Bill Cosby Halifaxians that must prance around with their so called "Art" and their ridiculous notions of "Science".

The only truth is that everything is a lie. You'd best learn that, or fall to more socialist psychotic alien Halifaxian lies.

Thank you, and good day. geek.gif

I happen to be rather disappointed by the time fast-forward. I set certain circle goals based on age, was only slightly behind, and suddenly I should have been 10 circles higher than I was.

Completely skipped over my 200th birthday.

Poor you. Happy TWO HUNDREDTH birthday! For your birthday present, I give you this...Sentinel with Aeonics! 8D

If this is truly Hell, then I must say Hell sure is fun.

Just my two cents.

Never said it wasn't. tongue.gif

But this is the kind of premise you could write a horror story with. Just saying. suspicious.gif
