This sounds like it was tons of fun. I wish there were a bit more drama in Fania's life. Two thumbs up.
One thing I hate is the snubbing. I think it's an abuse of the snub command to snub for purely in game reasons. I've always seen it more of a command for OOC rudeness, or extreme rudeness/vulgarity/whatever IC. Snubbing someone from an opposing community for no reason coughtelperioncough is just silly and should be considered abuse.

Surely you jest. Telperion would never do something like that.
Edit: OMG, IT WORKS.

Deal.

Huh, really?
Law had already scried you with Doman (she spies on everyone ever) and had you pinned as, as my good friend Grenchie would call you, 'a bit of a hobag', good to know she was mistaken!
Still wondering who the Serens are...

Well, being in the same room with Doman doesn't necessarily mean there's anything untoward going on. He is quite solidly in Felicia's friend zone, and he knows it.
Felicia is just about the farthest thing from a "hobag" you're likely to find. Bob would probably attest that she in fact plays very, very hard to get. She doesn't toy with multiple suitors, either.

I has a sad...
There isn't any drama erupting from my leave of Glomdoring or the Nightshades...
I should have stolen Credits like every else seems to have...

Love triangles are so last century. I'm not getting involved until it's more like a dodecahedron.
I've not had the pleasure of interacting with Felicia in the game, but from what I see on these forums, I'm sad she had to be from the only organization with which I don't get along (currently).

The last time I was in a love triangle ICly, it ended up with my character becoming vindictive towards the person he had been with, and I got in trouble with people OOCly for being vindictive ICly and told that I had done wrong and overreacted and stuff. Because, you know, my character wouldn't be upset over a breakup or anything.

The ability to completely separate OOC from IC is a rare gift that most players do not possess. I think most people do try (myself included), but it is quite difficult, both in the OOC -> IC sense and the IC -> OOC sense.
Factor #1:
Empathizing with one's character (much as one might empathize with the protagonist in a good book) is perfectly natural. The character becomes a part of you, and you, as its creator, feel invested in it.
Factor #2:
The fact that IRE games are "achievement-based" and perpetual makes it even more difficult to separate IC from OOC. In a tabletop RPG, another player stealing all of your money (for example) is fine. The money is imaginary, and the game will end in a few weeks or whatever.
In Lusternia, the game never ends, riches and power take vast arsenals of RL time, effort and often money to accumulate, reputations can be permanently ruined, and feuds and hurt feelings have a long-lasting impact.

I won't lie, I wasn't entirely disconnected. I was pretty damn upset when so-and-so left my character, but that's how I am anytime something like that ends. My characters are all very near and dear to me, and seeing them getting hurt hurts me on an OOC level.
However, it seemed perfectly natural that my character, having been a scorned lover, would stoop to the level he did. When there was OOC outcry against it... well, that didn't make sense to me, really. It was only a few people who got on my case, but still, it was frustrating.

In all likelihood, those people wouldn't have gotten on your case except that you talked about it OOCly for some time afterward. In other words, there was ample opportunity to pass judgment on you.

I realize that. I suppose that's what I get for blowing off some steam.
