Are you positive it's a RL day? That seems a bit overkill; it was about five hours to reset from dropping the Flame Warriors to releasing the armours.

When were they released? Thorgan is weakened and the quest cannot be done now, and it's been at least three hours since I logged in and died to armour in Southgard.
