I seek a Tailoring cartel willing to accept and submit private (as in, only Felicia will have access to them) clothing designs on my behalf. Naturally, I will cover the cost of design submission, as well as any exclusivity fees required to reserve the designs for Felicia's use only. I will tip generously once the actual garments have been crafted and delivered.

Caveat: If the cartel likes my designs enough to help me cover submission costs, then I'll be happy to reconsider keeping them exclusive to Felicia. (Not that I'd be holding the designs hostage, but if the cartel doesn't value them especially, I'd rather keep them exclusive. The idea of exclusivity appeals to me.)

I plan to design each piece of clothing in a complete outfit, barring undergarments but probably including satchel and pouch designs. I'm nowhere near ready to actually submit any designs yet, but I'd like to connect with a cartel early on.

I handle a tailoring cartel, but the pieces I design and submit (I'm literally the only one in the cartel that submits, and I have 3 other cartels I manage as well) are firmly rooted in Glomdoring-esque pieces, so I'd not make private any designs whose affiliation or style conflicted with that.
