Semen is man-foam. Man-foam can also mean sweat, though (as in "I was down the gym, pumpin' iron and squirtin' man-foam), so you gotta tread carefully.

MEAT... omelette. Like an omelette with added meat. Ham, chicken, pepperoni, it's all good. Maybe a little grated cheese. Since breakfast is the big meal of the day (for me, anyway) I usually have it with toast, bacon, coffee, OJ, mayyybe with some cereal on the side.
