I love them even more than lamb gyros. There's a deli in Norfolk, VA called the 21st Street Deli which used to be run by a New Yorker who knew his delis. It changed management a couple of years ago. Before that, though, it had the best Reubens in the entire effin' world, as far as I was concerned.

The sign on their shop door read: "OPEN WHEN WE GET HERE, CLOSED WHEN WE LEAVE."
