Out of curiosity, how do you know who the trademaster of a cartel is, other than just by going by the latest newspost regarding elections?

I want to make a snazzy suit for Phoebs to wear around. She's never been big into the whole "you can't wear pants with robes" thing. But she doesn't like hats...so...ahh! crazy.gif Still. I desire snazziness. Sacrifices must be made.

Can we have veils as well as hats for the feminine version? Please?

*does not like hats*

*prefers to go around with a circlet on her head, but veils will work too*

Do the great/splendour robe designs have to have "twinkling" in them?

No, that's just to set them apart from the non splendour ones.

Agreed.

I think putting your hood up for head protection, while a good concept, is now showing itself to be more trouble than it's worth — not inherently, but in the grander scheme of things, because gowns, suits and batted vests (?) don't have hoods. The actual type and style of clothing characters wear in Lusternia is completely superficial, so they should be mechanically identical, in my opinion anyway.

It's perfectly natural for robes to have hoods, but I'm betting a lot of female characters won't really want to wear hats. Tiaras, circlets, crowns, and veils are much more evocative of fantasy settings (so are hoods, for that matter), whereas hats make me think of church, funerals, weddings, graduation ceremonies, and other modern, formal occasions.

All that being said, the admins have implemented a fantastic change here, so I'd like to couch those comments in heaps of thanks and praise! (The implied suggestion here is: Make head protection inherent in robes, gowns, suits and vests, whether or not the hood is up or a hat is worn.)

What about this fashionable number:

Saran2010-05-19 04:42:12
ok... googling suits to work out what I want. so far

Double breasted, light padding, single center vent, three buttoned, tapered pants.

Side note what would be considered part of the suit? just the jacket and pants?
