A subdued soprano, calm and smooth. Not too high, more somber and detached. Since shes a lucidian, crystal vocal chords make her timbre sort of airy and flute-like. The way she speaks is a bit mechanical sometimes, maintaining the same amount of enthuse in her words for the most part. If you really get her into a conversation or know her well enough, you'll observe this changes over time. She starts to behave more like her 'human half' once she doesn't feel the need to constantly keep up a level front.
Seraku2010-06-09 03:17:46
I'm having trouble deciding what Seraku sounds like as well.

Anthony Hopkins for Synl.

Elegant, aristocratic, masculine, and subdued.
Tyngh's voice becomes far more gruff and authoritative when he gets angry or irritated.

Seraku talks very informally, and I'd think he'd have a bit of a rough, gravelly voice. Possibly somewhere in the range of a baritone. I also imagine that Dracnari have a slight lisp or speech impediment (kind of like if you put in a set of fake vampire teeth and tried to talk) due to their long snouts.

Tekora: Sounded like a tenor when he was younger, has lost the edge in his voice and developed a slight rasp.
Sounds like this elderly fellow. http://live.unimelb.edu.au/episode/brother...gle+Feedfetcher
Seretenin: Low-toned with a sharp and precise syntax and a whispery undertone. The kind of voice that you hear and know immediately that you shouldn't trust but is just so comforting and confident that you let your guard down.

Phoebus sounds kinda, but not exactly like Dr. Hutchinson from Rocko's Modern Life. Kay?

I will, from this moment on, see Phoebus as a dentist with a hook for a hand. Thanks.

I have no idea as though what Vliuun would sound like.
Daraius2010-06-09 11:35:29
All the stoic, soothing matter-of-factness of Data from Star Trek: The Next Generation, but pitched a little higher and with just a bit more range of intonation. Come to think of it, Daraius has the same kind of facial rigidity as Data too. He's not an android!

I picture quiet and rasping, almost sounding like it's painful for him to speak. Probably a tenor, and I just keep thinking how when he gets excited and starts ranting and raving about heretics and the like, his voice squeaks.
