well it was you that was on the receiving end of most of it. I can sort of see the same thing happening again today (mod-kill anyways, if Furien does not wake back up). The mod-kill sucks, but not much else you can do. No replacements signed up, she decided to drop out of the game. It just sucks that she had the role that she had.

Well ... all but. It takes just a few seconds to call up an HoN search on those abilities you named. Might not know fully the extent of your abilities or your role name, but still. So yeah, you get a good beating from Silf.

A HoN search on Nullfire and Frostburn (and Steamboots) is going to pull up almost any agi hero, really. I'm just hoping the mafia doesn't have a daykill. *shrug*

Hey, all. That was an interesting twist on a cop-type role (learn if someone did not use a night action). Definitely not a good loss (though more for the ability to prevent night actions then detect who did not use one, as given the level of inactivity in this game, the non-use might not be power-related!)

We are definitely not in a great spot, especially with Riluna out. On the positive side though, there has been just one kill a night, so that seems to indicate that there is no SK (though I suppose it doesn't completely foreclose a cult).

Or an arsonist. Darn arsonists.

I'm going to make the assumption that all or nearly all of us have powers, so if the rest of you want, we can tell people who we targeted the last two nights. Not our powers, just the targets.

Okay, fine. I'll bite. If we all sit here doing nothing, my power won't be useful at any one point anyways.

I didn't target anyone, and won't be able to at all for any night or day for the rest of the game, because I don't pick a target. My power is vengeance killing whoever is responsible for my death, be it via spell or last lynch vote. People can feel free to check in on me with investigation powers, since that won't trigger it, but there won't be anything to see. Take it as you will.

That immediately makes me think Techies, which makes you mafia.

No idea what that means, but I understand the claim brings up other problems - if my power isn't used up until late in the game, two townies dying at once then would be ugly. I doubt mafia or an arsonist will try to target me now unless they think I'm bluffing, so at some point soon we'll have to come to terms with how I can be helpful and not be a hindrance.

It's not a perfect match, but I can't think of anything similar in HoN at the moment. I'll look at a list of heros and see if it jogs my memory, though.

For those who do not know what I'm talking about:

Suicide is a skill of the DoTA Hero Squee and Spleen, commonly known as the Goblin Techies. Their skills involve bombs - from paralyzing stasis traps(OH HEY WHAT A GOOD SKILL FOR RESEARCHERS) to deadly land mines which they can detonate at will. The skill I'm talking, Suicide, involves, well, a suicide. When used, the goblins detonate themselves like suicide bombers and deal massive damage within a large radius.
