Correction: it mostly gets interesting after Night 1. Random voting (and bandwagoning) aside, Day 1 starts usually comprises of flavour discussions, which.. have apparently been shut down due to not being mafia enough.

Either way, to put it in a more useful and hopefully more constructive way, I think we can establish from the limited flavour text that scum are all DotA heroes. It remains to be seen whether they're different heroes or illusions of the one that was killed, but since there are over 60 HoN heroes, we're unlikely to pick that up via nameclaim alone unless we luck out.

No one jumps out at me yet. Day one is so awkward (plus it's Memorial Day weekend, so less activity too). I'll vote for Arix as I think he's the only one with multiple votes on him to get things rolling, as it's going to take a lot of bodies to get a majority on anyone today. Hopefully we'll have more substance to go on soon!

Silf is right in that nameclaims aren't going to do much if someone just glances at a list of heroes. There aren't enough of us to make the risk of namespace collision all that high. If they're illusions of HoN heroes, from Dark Seer or Morphling or Fayde (I don't trust Fayde) or something, then they could all have safe claims anyway.

How many votes are on Siam versus Arix? I didn't go back and tally a vote count myself, I just got the sense while reading the new posts that there were multiple votes on Arix. I have no strong thoughts on anyone so far. I just know that we need a lot of bodies to agree to get anything done today so that was the reason for the vote.
