Checks out in that she's a HoN hero and those are her abilities. He could be lying, sure. He's still up for a lynch with or without my vote, I just want to find out as much as we can. It's not much, probably, but it's better than nothing.

Blink is basically a short-range teleport - and it can also be used to dodge projectiles aimed at you; blink when the hammer is flying towards you and it'll miss. Hence logically, in this game it converts to a chance to avoid actions.

Very likely, that's because the quickest trains are usually not on scum. Scum tend to know one another, so they will not push trains on one another if it can be avoided without drawing suspicion.
