Not everyone. I traded mine in for a Fate Deck and some Tonic.

I've been thinking about doing just that.

The Vacuum is nice and everything, but it's no more secure from theft than any other container, the 1/2 decay effect is of limited use to me personally, and it's not a terribly huge bother to replace containers as they decay. In any case, whatever I'd lose out on from not having the Vacuum would be more than made up for by the enjoyment of a Fate deck.

I know you had a hand in the maps, so I'll let that go, but the design is...well, it's bad. You might call it a failure of zoning. There's no flow. You don't go anywhere to do any collection of tasks. I think the distance between Gaudi's council rooms and comm shop is bad enough, but to do something as simple as shop in Hallifax, you have to tour the whole city. There's no reason to deal with the city for something like that. It makes a ton more sense to just shop the Aetherplex. That's a real disservice to the city and citizenry.

As has been said, Hallifax is actually very easy to move around once you work it out. I could probably get anywhere in the city fairly easily without much thought or difficulty.

The layers definitely help because everything is in a section that you expect. Certainly, shopping could have been made slightly easier by having all of the initial shops in two adjacent towers. But still, if you are looking for something related to the Science or Art castes it will be in the upper layers. Things to do with trade just below that, more basic things(news, bank, locksmith, etc) end up below that. Then the undercity...ish area where you find the generator and below that is the gambling type places. Right at the bottom is the elevator, aether portals and stables.

It's logical... what else would you expect of Hallifax?

I use mine to keep spores longer. I've been thinking of making it into a dirigible, though.

I thank everyone for their happiness to see me back.

I have a question regarding this new subscription thing. Do I get the monthly credits the day I sign up, to handle today seeing as how it's so early in the month?

Yes. you get the credits and dingbats the day you sign up.

quick edit: you get the lessons each weave. and your 'month' is from the day you sign up to that day the next month, according to Estarra... (so if you signed up on June 15th, you would get your second month around July 15th.)

Yes, whatever day you're billed is the day you get your credits and stuffs.

Do it.

You know you want to. Just like you murdered that mother bear for her cubs. It was so easy wasn't it? Just stay here, with us. In Lusternia. We're your friends and family. You can't leave us. Just like those cubs you orphaned.

Hallifax layout is not terribly hard to remember. It is just very inefficient. Moving from point A to B often involves a lot of ups and downs, and IMO, I have a hard time getting a feel of the city itself, because I just can't help but think of the library as an outdoor platform with winds howling everywhere. Unlike other orgs (don't know about Mag or Glom, but definately Seren, Celest and Gaudi) you need to move a lot to get the various shops, even with the new bridges, but at least there's one shop with almost anything in there.

And nobody is awesome on the internet.

Yyyaaayyy. Stay forever. Come up with new ads. The only thing new with me is that I now play a porcupine who is 100% gimmicky. Also, we have two new villages with impossible names... Glomdoring's still smacking down everyone... there's a skill with a butterfly that can fling people or something... that's all. I don't pay as much attention as I probably should.

Three, actually. Ptoma, Ixthiaxa, and Rikenfriez. (I probably just misspelled at least one of those, proving the point.)
