How can you possibly wish to defeat this?
Lothringen2010-06-12 20:15:33
Restart button.

Use your friends wisely.
Fighting against teams usually requires teams.
Better co-ordination often wins.

Get one chance at that(And I already used it), just wondering if I'm missing a way to get out of this.
@Xenthos: Well of course coordination would work, the team wasn't reliable at the moment.

Friend with gust.
Krellan2010-06-12 20:21:18
that's not even a fair one of trying to escape. You were off eq from the very start of that cause you had just liched. But hey if bards are there just blanknoting, then it's tough to escape from non choked pfifth. And that's not even the worst a bard could do

1) Teach them.
2) Find a better team (and let them fight their own battles).

My question was how to escape choke perfectfifth.
Krellan2010-06-12 20:28:16
outr earwort
eat earwort
tumble (direction)
best wait for the bard to go off eq- before doing the last two or you'll get blanknoted before you tumble. It does work, personally pulled it off against Sidd and Celina multiple times. In the end they did get me, but it was refreshing to escape that combo.

You mean the part where "Cha cha cha choke your face cha cha choke your face" is actually lyrics? No, there's no cure for that. Fight other people.

Best way: Friend with gust. 2 people to fight 2 people.
Alternatively, gust the choker out yourself.

Sounds like some fancy footwork.
Xavius2010-06-12 20:54:51
Gust has always been the answer to those sorts of things. You should carry gust to deal with bards even 1v1.
Razenth2010-06-12 21:12:07
It's unbeatable, just accept it and join the dark (Glom) side.
Unknown2010-06-12 22:29:42
Choke your face was the best part of that log.

Hard to gust a bard with paralysis, entangle, -choke-, stun, off-eq, off-bal, prone, much more.

If you're that far behind, doesn't it seem just and proper that you lose the fight and die?

That's maybe six seconds into a fight.
