To be honest the reason I go to the GM about guild matters instead of the GA is because our GA seems a bit... I dunno, wishy-washy, also a bit of 'No, I don't feel like asking you, you bore me.' 
Maybe I'm mean in adding a bit of extra work onto Jinx's load but it's never something major.
I think if I was a GM I'd get bored, the rate things in the Star Council seem to progress at is painfully slow. Might as well bother them too!
