I have seen Faenae, and to be honest, if I was still in Celest, I would Citydisfavour her everytime I saw her kill a noncom.

Faenae was never really that good, she was just a monk, which tends to overcome any handicap.

I hope this doesn't discourage others from summoning for the purpose of a nice severe lecture! Generally that is a helpful idea.

Besides all the 'real' combatants of Magnagora sitting at the Necropolis and refusing to duel she was in the wrong place and then by chance happened to summon me when I was already pretty riled up. But she is cool with me, much better then most the people you happen to fight.

And yeah, it's rare that people will duel tahtetso, since there's no real way to stop your insta.

However, while I have chosen not to press this as an issue, let me point out that your decision to imply that you intended to kill me in the previously quoted post presents a bit of a problem. Given that Kialkarkea has had no previous IC interaction with faenae, short of your going down the qwho list and checking for people that might be enemied to a fraction of your city in any way, there is no IC motivation to harm her. Therefore, your decision to jump her(Within her own city mind you) suggests that you drew the majority of your motivation OOCly, not ICly, a serious violation of the TOS.

TL:DR, try to establish at least SOME IC connection with someone before killing them. Otherwise it's a very bad thing.

To my understanding, that scenario is not issuable unless the individual who killed you is an alt of someone else that has taken mechanical action (cdf for example) against you. Then it is possible (depending on the situation and your evidence) that the charge would be multiplaying.

Any scenario in which you have taken action IC as a result of something that happened OOCly is issuable, provided you can prove that the action was motivated due to the OOC condition rather then the IC condition. Lusternia is not an IC optional game.

I'm not saying she singled me out. I'm saying that she put me in a situation where I can't find any real IC motivation to whack Kialkarkea, but I can very easily find OOC motivation. It's something that bothers at me far more then just getting jumped.
