Sure, but you can't use them at all. They're only for show. To say that you're truly omnitrans.
With every lesson sale I come closer to being at least Serentrans, at least.

Similar to the fonts, how about a set of nine Portable Mini-Seals that let you get karmic blessings from wherever you are, at say 100cr each? (Would it be a problem if they also let you do the burn and curse syntaxes too? I don't see why.)
Ixion2011-05-14 16:44:04
That's... a cool idea Lendren.

I had thought of this but just never mentioned it, and I approve!!!

Don't remember if it's been suggested already by myself or another, but:
Everlasting Amber Varnish 25-50 cr
When applied, makes paintings permanent objects and moveable (ie- you want to exhibit your favourite painting in a different room in your manse)
Will not work on enchanted paintings.
Edit: Or, can include enchanted paintings, but only in manses

Already have master sketch seals if you want to make a painting permanent - the only hitch comes when you want to be able to move the exhibition around. For that, you probably do need something new like a skill or artifact indeed.

Master Sketch Seal: 15 credits
- Makes a sketch permanent.
- Art created from a master sketch lasts 50% longer.
- ATTACH
- Only need one master sketch for any painting or sculpture.

Well that's interesting. No problemo with the new artie suggestion then.
Lendren2011-06-09 23:39:10
I think I've asked for this before, but I would love to have a manse stage miniature.
Lendren2011-06-16 23:49:21
How about something that you can turn on and off, and when it's on, you don't have to hear or see dolls or curios doing their things? I don't want to make other people stop playing with those toys if they are having fun. But there are times I wish that it didn't come down to a choice between leaving, or asking them to stop, or just enduring it. There's way too many lines to gag (and no way to collect them all anyway, when there's always another noise-toy coming out.) And obliviousness doesn't work on them either.

I would like an artifact that makes a piece of jewelry enchantable with an extra spot and stackable. Perhaps 25 credits?
Would be nice to be able to put that mercy, kingdom, perfection, beauty, waterwalk, and levitate, etc enchantment all on one piece of jewelry and not have to wear 5 rings, 2 necklaces, a crown and a pet duck in my description, in order to get all of the necessary defences.

Not likely to happen, the way enchantment charges are coded. Just wear 20 brooches and be happy.

That's precisely what the Gloves of Concealment artifact is for.

Except I like some jewelry being shown, like my silver night coven ring, and my crown (When I had one) Guess I'll just go the 20 brooches route when I start buying more runes.
Lendren2011-06-17 17:06:02
The Gloves currently allow you to conceal only enchanted jewelry, or all jewelry, for that very purpose. If you choose your jewelry accordingly, you can shape your appearance as you see fit. (But if you have things you want to show that are already enchanted, you're stuck, unless you want to disenchant it.)
Edit: this is corrected from a previous version that included artifacted jewelry, which aren't included within the gloves setting.

Hmm, so if I unenchanted my ring, would I be able to see it if I bought the gloves? Or since I have my Rune of Absorption would I be out of luck?
Unknown2011-06-17 18:18:49
Has nothing to do with runes or enchantments. They hide jewelry, period.

Correction to previous post: Nope, that ring would show if you set the gloves to only hide enchanted jewelry. (RUB GLOVES to switch them between the two options.) Artifact doesn't enter into it, as I thought, only enchanted.
(Ignore Zarquan, he missed something about the Gloves that got added a while back.)
Unknown2011-06-17 19:55:10
Damned sneaky syntaxes! I didn't know my gloves could do more than one trick...

This information just gave the Gloves of concealment a high place on my list of things to buy right after my custom pet.
