This artifact will reset on a much shorter timer than usual, as it is meant to be loaned out.

I've always wished you could see designs, no matter your own trade, including any cartels of which you are a member.

You can see designs in cartels you are a member of, even if you aren't that trade, you can only see the private designs the cartel has though. cartel name catalogue = all the designs that are private, as long as you are a member of the cartel.

I use designs so infrequently, I can't even remember things like that. If only it were all accessible all the time from one command, life would be good.
