Not a new artifact, but how about splitting the current keg/cube-rune into two? One for expanding the keg, and one for making it fill quicker. Would make it less excruciatingly expensive to keep kegs in shops.

Maybe related:
I would like an artifact (maybe not so much an rune but something) that gives me the bonus sips of the kegrune (but not the extra space) and something that allows me to rift fill from the alembic. Maybe something that costs 2/3's of the current keg/cube rune? - As a non shop owner, the current rune is really going half to waste now with the liquidrift. So something for us types would be nice.

Rune of Seasons 100 credits: Attach this rune to a piece of clothing, and that clothing will provide warmth depending on the temperature and weather of the room around you.

Wanted to throw out another vote for an arti that will pop you out of your current family and allow you to get adopted/bloodbond/join a new one.

I'm a bit iffy about runed clothing. Maybe it could just be an artifact cloak, or some sort of magical pendant?
The effect is very, very nice, though.

You can already rift fill from the alembic. And if you're trans, it gives you the bonus sips too.
Ssaliss2012-02-03 10:52:14
For potions/salves, you can, yes. However, brewmeisters can't fill their rifts with teas/alcohols from the alembic, from what I've been told.
Lendren2012-02-03 11:34:50
That sounds like a bug report to me.
Unknown2012-02-03 18:02:20
I filled my rift with magicink directly from the alembic yesterday, so yeah. Bug.
That said, have you actually -tried- to? :P

Magicink is amalgamated, brews are done by BREW INTO . So different mechanics. And I'm not a brewmeister myself, so no :P

I'd buy it and bother some Skyplumes, but... you're stuck with your family. Deal with it. :P

I would pay through the nose for something that allows you to be re-adopted, yes.

A room artifact that decreases the time it takes for items to decay. As in items decay twice the normal rate in this room.

Because sticking everything in the nexus tends to be spammy.
I still like the city dump idea, where novices can dig through our trash for useful items. Would have to disable all auto-pick ups in room though.

A flamed palm sigil accomplishes that pretty well if the ruling council wants to dedicate a room to trash.

Faster decay seems like an odd way to do that. I'd prefer an actual trash can (and, as has been proposed before, an artisan craft rather than an artifact), which works like the nexus does about things put into it.

If you want to make tattered clothing, you'll need to wait about 80 to 90 days. There is a set that's decaying slowly, for 30 days now, and it's like watching a piece of toast burn. I want it to burn faster!
