I'd support it. It would give you a quick way to show someone designs. Happens often enough that I could see a use for it in just that aspect. Just make sure it can't be used on pending stuff.

I'd like to reiterate my deck of infinite tarot cards. >_>
It could have a fortune telling feature for RP purposes!
Something like DEAL FORTUNE would deal out 5 different tarot cards, maybe with some ascii art or something.

Sorry, but we could never release anything that creates infinite items. Maybe a magic deck that fills with some random cards every month or something (but would that be worth it?).

How about a little evil eye, like a glass eye or something that you can use to "curse" people? It won't actually do anything but maybe give a few random annoying messages the the target every couple of minutes. You can only curse one person at a time. Give the non-coms a way to strike back at their foes without really affecting combat or anything or a better way to deal with bothersome people than just slaughtering them. It would have to be fairly harmless.

Well anything that increases spam affects combat!
Interesting idea though. Not sure if it's a 'curse' but maybe some sort of projection into the mind of one individual... hmm...

A set 52 card deck would be just great.
Instead of Hearts, Clubs, Diamonds etc. They could each be Lusternian tarot cards with suites like Celstia, Nil, Vortex, Matrix
Commands would be

DECK BET
DECK DISTRIBUTE GOLD TO
DECK SETTIP
DECK SHUFFLE
DECK GATHER (puts all the cards back in the deck, nomatter where they currently are located)
You can still do fortune telling with it, but you can also use it to play games.

How about some kind of personality detector, you would need a better name for it though.
It would be like a little gizmo that you can scan people to find out random facts about them. They would be actually random facts that weren't really tied to the person you scan. Like 'gizmo scan Thoros' Gizmo says, Thoros secretly dreams about butterflies when no one is around or Thoros once killed a man with a dirty look, just to prove that he could.
Could be lots of fun.

Lists the names of the Manses that belong to members of the greathouse, and which portals they are connected to. (Also madlibs style)

Gives the Room description to the main room of the Manse. (The room directly connected to the portals) (just the straight room description as if they were there viewing it)
RICHMAP PERMISIONS:
Sets who is allowed to read the map.

Gives the map to someone and stays in thier inventory for x IC days.

On the Wheel of Demons, one might get a result of Nifelhema, causing a thin coating of blood to ooze over the sides of the wheel. The Wheel of the Tides and Stones would be based on the Elemental Lords, and might give a phrase one of the Lords or Ladies might say, similar to the dolls already existent for the various half-formed and ascpects.

It can be attached to Runebags, Tarot packs and Dreamcatchers to make them nondecay, vastly increase their storage space and allow someone to SHAKE/SHUFFLE/SHIFT the object to get a random rune, card or mote. The first two make them worth buying if they're cheap enough, and the last one allows runists and tarotists to use their skill for fortune telling.

If you want it to be fun, you could attach a bit of code to make a spiffy design occur across the page of the ad by alternating the placement of multi-coloured asterisks on the ad, but I dunno if you wanna go into that much codework just to make an ad sparkle. >.>

Hook hand: You can WEAR HOOK LEFT or RIGHT and it will show up in your short description. You can't wield anything in that hand, but it would sure look cool.
