The differance, I think, being that they wouldn't reset on death and they would be stackable, could find your way to six places in all.

If you could make that sorta investment, I think it's fair to say you should know aetherspace like the back of your hand, though.

What if there was an artifact to boost the number of flashpoints you had, or to designate one of them as a permenant one? Could work like the clanslots thing but for your ship.

I would rather have more flashpoints, Once I get to a place far from prime, I wouldn't really want to travel all that way many times.(unless I learned how to get there from docks on each plane (which would require the whistle )

I requested that once but I withdrew the request because, really, a new one-room ship is essentially a way to get 3 more flashpoints (which don't get lost when your primary ship blows up) for about 100cr. You know the more-flashpoints artifact would cost more than 100cr per three flashpoints, and you'd probably lose all the flashpoints when the ship blew up, and you probably couldn't stack several of them. So now I have three ships, two just for flashpoints.

We are not all that rich.


And why should it cost so much? What's wrong with one extra flash point costing 15cr? And what if you only want one extra flash point?

I thought that one prevents you from moving or acting. The cloak would still let you move, presumably with the toy-esque line, "you catch a glimpse of movement out of the corner of your eye".

Simply because: 15 credits isn't enough. Even clanslot permits are 25 each... I'd say 500cr for +3 flashpoints.

By comparison to the other diamonuts I was guessing they'd probably ask 200cr for it, which is why 100cr as a means to get almost the same thing (with some advantages and some disadvantages) seems like a great deal. I hope Lawliet is intentionally being funny by suggesting 15cr is even a possibility.

I was suggesting at that price because of the alternative of just buying a new ship, the admins wouldn't supply us with an artifact if there was a cheaper way that didn't make them any money, y'know?

Manse artifact: Obelisk of repulsion - When someone tries to enter the room from a certain direction it will hurl them out the same way, would have perms so you can effectively close off an area to some people but tease them about it tongue.gif
