Rune of Guidance

Symbol of the Vernals - Syntax: EMPOWER SYMBOL (150 cr)
While standing before a Seal, you may empower your symbol with the energies of that particular seal, cutting the karmic cost of maintaining a blessing from that Seal by 1/3. The Symbol itself will be transformed to reflect the energies it has been empowered with. Rune of Masteral Hymns - (100 cr)
Given that the instrument the rune is attached to has your mark on it, reaching Maestro level would be faster. Upon reaching Maestro, keeping the rune attached to the instrument will cause it to decay slower.
Just because I -loathe- the time it takes for Maestro-ing an instrument.

And instrumentbond doesn't really allow for decay if you play it on a semi-regular basis. :/
