I'd say that Tosha, various con buffs, demigod stats, and a 20% life rune would be crazy, but straight up damage kills where you simply overpower their sipping and regen really don't happen anymore anyway. Well, until you give Krellan a 20% magic damage enhancement rune.

New Diamonut for Turrets - Increases this turret's critical hit rate.
Great Rune of Dominion Level 2 and Level 3. Alternatively just let the great rune of dominion stack.

Xenthos's idea about a vial pouch should be extended: give us a container that, when you put any artifact into it, it's still considered in your inventory for the purposes of using it. But doesn't show in your INV. Make it so you can't put anything but artifacts into it, though. For extra crispy yumminess, make it so things you would normally have to wear to use also count if they're in that pouch. Oh, sweet sun and moon, but I would pay for that.

Vials first. THEN you can ask for the sun and the moon.
(I'm also hopeful it will be easier to code it just for vials to begin with and thus be more likely to go through, but who knows.)

Ancient Map - TOUCH MAP will transport you to just outside any one (random) village or city. You can TOUCH or TOUCH to transport yourself to just outside of that place, however, there's a chance that the map will be smudged or that routes and roads will have changed since the map was scribed, so this use of the map isn't as reliable as the map of the Catacombs.
Cloak of Thorns - causes minor bleeding periodically, but also causes anyone attacking you to bleed.
Tabard of Protection - provides slight DMP against any two damage sources, chosen each month by WEAVE TABARD. This artifact is a tabard, so you cannot use both this and a cloak or coat.
Rune of Sundering - attempts made to disarm a person or break their wrists have a slight chance of bypassing Gripping runes or abilities.
Spectacles of the Discerning Artist - allows the use of REALITYCHECK, or reduces the loss of equilibrium associated with it if you already possess the Illusions skill in Discernment.
