Same here, especially regarding the "non-Ur'Guard scolding an Ur'Guard" part. If someone of lower-rank in Magnagora disrespected or crossed Ongaku, he would discipline them as a higher-ranking citizen. He's not going to go crying to that person's guild leadership rather than do the job himself, unless that person didn't listen to him, at which point he would have a chat with their guild leader(s). I don't see the point in crying to guild leadership when the issue is outside of the guild anyway.
