Run a tracert and see if things are falling apart along the way.

After some testing the issue seems to be the first state side node, which is owned by enom inc. (servernap)

Oh well here is to hoping they fix it soon since my isp refuses to lockout that route.

I have a really bad internet connection, so I disconnect constantly. Sue me.
