I'm pretty sure it is, but after giving it some thought, I think the 100% poison type is also suspect. Estwald taking only slightly more damage than Sidd highlights this, when the one that hit Estwald was powered by... war karma blessing and raise staff, maybe?... and Ceren had avatar powers, bard songs, and the works going. Estwald isn't going to have much in the way of poison resistance while Sidd gets 25 poison DMP from spiritbond snake, 24 from nightkiss, and 17 from garb, plus a true favour (which we haven't heard if Estwald had or not).

If it all is scaling noticeably to health, that would also help explain some of the additional difference between Sidd and I, since my max at the time was 9103, but my resistance sources were significantly fewer.

It was pointed out to me that some stealth AB changes got made and no one told me so I didn't update the Wiki to reflect what the ABs say now, which is that all of those trans Elementalism skills are Damage Source: none. Now that I know, I've updated.

Edit: though after reading all those timestamps, that REALLY is some nice timing. A timed damage attack hitting with demesne tick and dagger timed to hit with demesne. I am quite impressed.

I'm also not sure Ceren had the 10% from the song - I was dead, at that point, so you'd have to ask Lothringen

Release skills in general just appear stronger than I thought they were. Even Fury, once you remove enough resistances for comparable DMP, can hit similarly.

They're also defeated by a reflexive Climb/Swoop or toad, or Manabarbs/Powerspikes. So, powerful, but also defeatable, and conveniently available to all orgs

You do realize that climb/swoop requires trees, which are not available in a geomancer meld, right?

Not without begging Wiccans to keep putting dryads up at 1p per pop, at least, on the off-shoot that pollute might go off. Manabarbs / powerspikes similarly are not counters because if the user is smart they will put in a line of code that says "Hey, if I'm trying this skill out and have barbs / spikes, don't send it."

That said, toad / wrack / absolve are definitely decent counters. I just dispute your other examples!

I suspect I'm noobing out here but, do you mean to say that IF I summon a dryad when pollute is being cast the pollute:

A.) will still go through but it won't hit me if I climb trees.

or

B.) will get interrupted.
