Losing Demigod pushes you back to 75% Titan.

EDIT: If I lose Demigod one more time and gain it again, I would have worked for Titan twice completely.

When I lost demigod, I was pushed back to 68%. Does it matter if you die in enemy territory?

is the collar of the dracnari beastmaster still an artifact? If so, under what category is it? I can't seem to find the damned thing

In HELP BEASTMASTERY:
CODE
MISCELLANEOUS

* Collar of the Beastmaster
   * Capable of learning an additional 100 trains above an average beast
   * Can never die; permanent level 12
   * Does not pay stable fees.

and in HELP CUSTOMBEASTS:
CODE

credit to the pet price (i.e., can convert into a full pet for 250cr).
You cannot change the descriptions on your beast if upgraded in this
manner unless you pay another 50cr.

HOW can you people be so casual about losing demigod!? twitch.gif It takes me forever to make any progress in Titan. I guess if you have unlimited access to delirious biznasty aetherhunts like the one I got to go on last night (why can't every day be like that...sigh... dazed.gif) it doesn't matter as much, but I think if I lose demigod once I eventually get there, I'm just going to cry and quit forever. FOREVER.

Ok, not really. I'll just sit in my office with the door locked all day and churn out extremely depressing designs.

A GLOOMY GREY GINGHAM GOWN. ITS ALLITERATION SPEAKS POETICALLY OF THE TORTUROUS DESPAIR WITHIN THE VERY DEPTHS OF MY SOUL.
A TARNISHED NECKLACE OF BROKEN HEARTS :'( SO DEEP.
AN UNSETTLINGLY CHEERFUL CLOWN MASK (oh god why)

corpse-white porcelain conforms to the shape of an exaggeratedly expressive face, an unsettlingly broad grin stretching the grim visage to its very limits...

Hey, maybe I should finish this one. suspicious.gif

It only takes 6 hours to bash through Titan. On astral. On a double experience weekend.

Right. Earlier I asked a question about things that can bypass a great pent and I think Ixion said bond unite. My question is, can the wolf actually enter the great pentagram, or did it have to already be in that area before?

Also, is bond unite instantaneous, or is there a delay?

Dog must be, and stay, where you want to unite to. ~6.3s unite time.

Oh? With how many other people? No way that is possible solo.

I want to say that we had at least 10. I also had one or two achievements going, harmony, and bloodrage.

Yeah, thought so.

If Phoebus is having trouble finding an aethercrew, she's going to have trouble finding a group that will survive that. unsure.gif

I tried astral bashing with people from my city before. Here's what I learned:

Trill who don't have forcefield can't do it.
Unknown2010-12-09 19:59:58
Mag does it sometimes. Specially during double experience events.

And the trick is to have enough demigods to kill the mobs and absorb the damage.
Five demigods can handle something that 10 non-demigods can't. It's about the crits.

And DMP/health spread, to a certain extent, but lack of crits is more deadly, yeah.

I'm being silly. happy.gif If I was really sad I would be typing in all lowercase instead of all caps. All caps tends to be my goofing-off mode for some reason or other.

If I lost demigod, I'd probably just quit the game. It's not that I'd have to bash up to demigod, but that I'd lose ALL SUPERNARY POWERS and have to rebuy them with more essence.

That's a good point, that makes it so much more costly. Maybe they could make it so if you died as a demigod with supernumerary powers but no essence, you lost supernumeraries equal to the essence loss you should have had (or that times 1.25 or something) before losing demigod. Just so that there isn't a tipping point where a death can be worth such a huge amount more to one person than to another.
Gleip2010-12-09 20:52:41
Go TK. All the cool and the uncool Faelings are doing it. Do you want to be average?
Unknown2010-12-09 20:54:36
Add a 50 to 100k cost for re-unlocking them. I'm getting close to having a cult, and if I died and lost that, I just wouldn't play whatsoever.
Unknown2010-12-09 21:12:27
Why are membership credits transferred onto characters as bound? They're bought with real money, so one would think they'd be unbound. (Gained through OOC means.)
