Do the beauty submissions have to be designs before they can be submitted? (IE something already a design from months ago could be submitted?) or do they have to be new submissions? Will there be a new category thing where you can DESIGN MAKEBEAUTYSEAL or something?

Has to be an existing design in that cartel. It doesn't matter how long ago it was approved.

Last time, we were asked to mark our submissions nonmortal review so that only the Charites could review them anyway. They'll get around to them. Anything you submit now has more than enough time to get approved before the deadline.

There is no such rule in existence at this time. In fact, I would suggest that you do -not- submit them as nomortal review, because that severely slows down your own approval process!

Are the past Beauty-winning designs around for viewing?

Right now mortal reviews are at least an IG year behind, which is why I'd like to know if there's anything in place to get beauty designs approved by the deadline if they're not submitted to the cartels in the next few days.

That's not true. As always, some designs go through in hours, some in weeks. It depends on a few factors but by far the most important one is, the more resubmits it has, the longer it takes, because each rejection takes a bunch of reviewers out of the pool who can review the design -- and usually the first rejection takes out the most active reviewers, too. But a design that's perfect on the first try stands a very good chance of going through in hours.

Apart from using balance instead of equilibrium, does a Bar of Golden Soap behave differently to a cleanse enchantment?

It recovers a good deal faster. And there's no charges to worry about. That's pretty much it.

You can't point them at other people, too. I'm not sure if that's a bug: you didn't used to be able to with cleanses, and then when it got added, it never got added on soap, and that might be intentional or an oversight. I bugged it, it got categorized, then the bug eventually closed itself and vanished, likely due to the bug timing out.
