With the custom pets, if you buy the delivery skill does it work similarly to how the dingbat dirigible works (ie delivers pretty much everywhere, no matter what plane you are one)?
Also, what is the limit to the pet retriever add-on? Same area only, same plane only, no limitation?

Yes, it goes everywhere! I was using Fata to deliver black beauties back to the surface from Crum during the event. No idea about the second question, though, as I don't have that one.

Not a simple question, but...
How do artisan largetables and herofete portion control affect one another? Does the skill level of the artisan making the table have a bigger effect on the amount of food needed, or the skill of the cook? I've noticed some variance from table to table, but haven't really had enough to give it a solid test.

Neither has a range limit. Retrieval is actually "always on," in that anytime anyone gives anything to your pet, it will teleport to you with it. Your pet will not give it to you, but simply return with the item, even if you're both in the same room. With a retriever, you can send you pet to anyone, anywhere, and they will stand there and wait until they are given something. If they aren't, you can whistle/tell them to come back/dismiss and summon to get your pet back.

Well, since Herofete is the trans skill for cooking...
I always thought that it was just simply that the largetable makes the number of people required for a herofete less.

Where can all the species of butterflies in Lusternia be found Or perhaps we assume they are part of the ambient world and correspond directly to their real-life counterparts?

I don't think the skill of the artisan actually enters into it. I think you're just seeing rounding error.

Celest uses light essence, Magnagora- dark essence, Serenwilde- silvery essence, Gaudiguch- fiery essence and Hallifax - cloud essence. But what does Glomdoring use? I've never actually essence hunted there and don't really intend to

There's a list under help trademasters of the different types of essence.

Do I need trans beastmastery to make the most of a custom pet?

By the definition of most, yes. If you only want it for RP, grab Sentience and whatever reactions you want and you'll be fine with inept. Otherwise it's the same as any other beast, just more convenient and powerful.

Okay. I want to get a nice pet for combat as well as the RP standpoint. So, I'll look at transing beastmastery too. Thanks!

So how do you mail an origami? Every time I try the system tells me I can't mail that.
Shulamit2011-01-15 00:11:01
You can mail action origami and modular origami, once it's been closed.
Unknown2011-01-15 00:34:09
Close it! Thank you, you have been very helpful.
