It's weddingbands that get no-decay and I don't think a weddingband design could get away with being something other than a ring or band (though there is one that got through in the past).
I think awhile back, an announce was made saying that only actual weddingbands were able to get non-decay in weddingband.

That isn't necessarily accurate, that's the description my mapper has had for it since the Tidal Flats opened (and I mapped it for the first time). Typos and such do get fixed, but not the overall coconut theme!

In my experience with sales and support, around a week is typical. If there's no response in a week, I'd say it wouldn't hurt to send another email. Sometimes things get buried.

There is...a soft cap from the max you're physically able to reach in terms of cha/dramatics/guildskill, and there's also a hard(er) cap for what you can reach from all that + the champ artifact without the rune -- and the rune does it's 1.5X effect on top of them. I want to say it's 350/525, but those numbers might be slightly off. I just remember there being a point where I could boost my cha up a couple points difference and it wouldn't make any difference to my song length anymore, when I had the bracers. TFs can also boost beyond this, but that's it.
