Anyone know if there is a way to get wax without going to the world library?
Edit: Does anyone know who designed "ghostly kimono robes embroidered with cherry blossoms and butterflies."? I neeeed to find them! Gosh, I want a private design from them so bad.

Glucarmi wax - but that's even more of a hassle. Takes three loti spores per piece.

Yep.
Kiradawea2011-01-19 15:34:10
Cripes. Didn't that cost only 20 or so points in the past? 45 out of 50 is just... bleh.
Unknown2011-01-19 16:06:50
They were more. They were made cheaper so demigods could conceivably select them all and still have a few points left for flavor things.

when picking the height of your character in your description should their be a specific guideline to follow depending on the race size attribute
also if a cosmic user makes you bigger or smaller should we change our description too

Generally, every size point is roughly half a foot (6 inches/15cm), there are some exceptions to the rule however (trill are tall, but have little mass).
Wouldn't bother changing your description every time, unless you really want to. You don't even have to put a size in, you can be very vague about height if you want.
Gleip2011-01-19 21:27:54
Being the size you want yourself is completely legal too.

Being that I play a trill, I've never liked that rule. So many new trill who get to thinking they ought to be 5 feet tall, when in reality that is hilariously short for a trill and just embarrassing really.

Notice I said Trill were one of the exceptions?
It's a loose rule, though it is what has been said on the subject in the past.
Aerotan2011-01-19 21:37:33
Personally, I just describe their general build and ballpark their height-compared-to-another-one then move on with it. (ie. He is a ferocious loboshigaru and is of average height for his kind, though his wiry frame suggests he doesn't eat well.)
Daraius2011-01-19 22:57:32
And five and a half hands it too short for a loboshigaru.

That's from my description, and I'm aslaran. Though there are debates over whether or not numerical measurements should be used, I do. She's 6'8" because of the rule of dividing the size in two, but she's tall for her race.
Unknown2011-01-20 00:10:40
She is a feathered trill changeling and is around eight feet tall, standing perhaps an inch or two more.
Shorties.
Shorties.

Has there -ever- been an interesting social/apolitical clan that is also IC? This is a lot harder than I thought.
