It pretty much is, the Permanent tag means you can't suicide the character. If you have lots and lots of time though, your character is unlikely to be purged. Especially if you still log in occasionally.
Oh! I was just talking about the (permanent) tag when you look at Characters. The one that means you can't suicide or be deleted. My bad. Yeah, lots of time will keep you from being purged (though, I don't know if this is ever or just you can be gone a longer time before it's purged) though you can still suicide it.

Does the aurora borealis exist in lusternia? Just wondering for some designs.

Still seeking a definite answer on my second previous question related to languages and reincarnating.
What in the world is the Trinity clan?
Why was someone trying to induct me into it during a raid?

I'd assume it has something to do with the Trinity Accords, since you're a Celestian (I think you are, anyway?).

No idea what the Trinity Accords are.
Someone explain please.

Uh... have you tried asking other Celestians? It must've been in your city news over the last IG year or so.

Glomdoring and Hallifax aren't helping us out of the blue with raid defense because they love us.

This occurred before the Treaty was put into effect.

It might, but it'd probably exist in places far beyond the edge of the Basin of Life.
Shulamit2010-07-26 22:07:22
Awww, no awesome vials or tome designs then. Alas! Back to using multi-hued silk scarves to simulate it on books.

One would assume that seeing as the basin of life is supposed to be almost a third of the world, we'd have at least SOMEWHERE that could glimpse it!
Also, sun might throw a hissy fit and give us some spectacular lightshows.

They haven't since the first week for me. I'm not even trying anymore. It makes me too sad.

With crafting, can "marble" be stretched out to serve as construction commodity in place of things like sandstone and granite?

Are mages and druids able to get their totem/summoned companion and then trade it to someone else, and are they then able to summon another?

Yes, marble covers most stone-based materials like basalt and ceramic much as iron would do for things like copper or bronze.

Can't trade skill-specific beasties. Can summon a new one if they happen to die permanently though.

Centaurs having too many limbs for the combat system to handle easily is why they were scrapped as a player race.
Similarly the Proteans (I think was the name) were scrapped for having no limbs and eventually replaced with furrikin owing to insufficient niches for the mudsex community, according to the admin!
EDIT:
Decided to cite this since I was bored and it amused me

Doesn't bother me, I thought it was a horrible idea to begin with.
Felicia2010-07-27 12:27:49
I'm not sure why Centaurs would be problematic. Only their arms and forelegs should need to be targeted in combat, really. Losing the use of one foreleg would severely cripple a horse and cause it to hobble, while losing both forelegs would cause it to fall down and be immobilized. That's pretty much exactly what happens to bipeds in Lusternia, as far as I know. The rear legs could simply be ignored for such purposes.
Changing the subject, is "hat" still the only noun available for use with enchantable gowns and suits as a hood replacement?
