Can you get away with a design that consists of several discrete units?

For instance,

a carpet that's really several mats laid out next to each other?

My bed is a pile of cushions. Dunno who designed it or when it was passed or if it still would pass, but it's an example if that helps!

There's actually no prompt at all for what to do next on Hallifax's quest. You just better hope someone is around to tell you what to do!

I ended up figuring out be poking at random things. biggrin.gif

EDIT: Semi-random. <3 patterns.

That was me, and I've done another bed that's made of moss (was my first artisan design in fact). I think a carpet like that should probably work if it's described well.

As a further example, I've done both robe and dress designs with detached sleeves, and I've seen designs with a bared midriff, so it should be fine as long as it's well described.

There are also designs that are constantly lactating, so you should be good.

Edit: Also, a little more on subject, Tervic designed an axe for me that it is made of a bunch of kata weapons.

Yeah, that's an awesome axe. smile.gif

Axelord is useful again: just add monk.

Since I don't know any trackers and can't test this, can you still burrow while in a pit to move out of it?

Are origamis still limited to cranes, hippogriffs, and so on, or is any shape permissible as long as it has 'origami' in the name?

It has to be one of the available patterns.

It has to have origami not just in the name but as the primary noun (or one of the other nouns). "an origami pickle" won't work but "an origami in the shape of a pickle" will.

This is not true. 'An origami in the shape of a pickle' will not work, and any reviewer who approves such will be soundly beaten.

I don't believe you can (or should be able to)
Shulamit2011-02-19 20:20:27
However. An origami package in the shape of a pickle, might work.

Edit - Because package is one of the nouns. I realized that uhm, not everyone would know the allowed nouns.

In spite of its phallic nature, yes, 'a pickle-shaped origami package' would be passable.

I never said it was a good idea to make...just that's it's...sort of possible, heh.

What's stopping any of the Gods from Celest or Magnagora from just killing the Demon Lords/Supernals...?
