It's possible, though I believe you lose the rune (i.e. you're trading it back in). The precise syntax evades me, however.

There's an envoy report to make it possible to move the runes without trading them in, but it'll have to have restrictions on how frequently it can be done, if it gets implemented at all.

re: Forum skin talk. You guys are all crazy. Anything that I've glanced at besides the default skin looks like a geocities page from 1996 or is just a vanilla forum skin that has some colours changed around and maybe a random different image header at the top.

Colour alone can decide on whether a person likes something, I know I find the default brown visually displeasing, where as the frost blue doesn't hurt my eyes or make it difficult to read.

You could always drop another 50 credits and customize the piece of jewelry it is on if you wanted to. That is, if you had wanted to remove it from one jewelry piece to another of the same type, I guess.

I think that report 556 is specifically for weapon runes
