There has been a lot of discussion/comments/questions/concerns over the latest clover artifact, mainly concerning whether or not it disappears after being used four times.

Anyone tried it out yet?

Edit: Also, how are cults born?

Well, one idiot has an idea...

A God can make any demi in their order an avatar, that avatar can then found a cult (for a ludicrous ammount of essence)

For some reason it's also the first skill in the veneration skillset, and looks like this:

VENERATION - VENERATE

Cost: 10,000,000 essence (Free if Ascendant)

Having fanned your divine spark beyond that of a mere mortal, and having
formed a bond with an Elder God, such a union can be furthered upon.

With the agreement of your patron god, you can form a divine cult to
venerate an aspect of His or Her divinity.

Well, the Avatar also has to buy the Veneration power for 70 million essence before they can have a cult, and the god is the one who has to found it, not the avatar. If you buy Veneration without your god making a cult for you, the skillset is actually just empty.

You have gained the following rituals in Veneration:
See AB VENERATION for more information on a given rite.

There's an envoy report to make it possible to move the runes without trading them in, but it'll have to have restrictions on how frequently it can be done, if it gets implemented at all.

And.....rejected.

I'm a sad panda today. I may have considered purchasing credits to switch guilds, but lol nope.

I think it's something like WRITE ON AIR? Not sure, I just vaguely recall something like that.
Lilia2011-03-21 23:24:39
Ask Ileein, he's got one.
Esano2011-03-22 01:47:38
WRITE ON AIR # , I'm fairly sure. # is a colour number, as viewable on config.

Iron membership thing. If I bought it with a credit card, is it going to automatically renew? Cause...I'd rather it not.

Replace "www" with "old?"
Shulamit2011-03-22 04:07:33
Well, let's hope that worked, since that link worked, yes. Hmmm...I emailed sales anyway, cause I'm nervous about things like this.

I'm sure it's all good. I've never had an issue with credits or memberships yet smile.gif

I have to wonder why so many elite memberships have such high turnover--this is like the third time I've seen somebody ask to cancel it--I thought the goal was to save money in the long term that way.

Yes, but that requires you to have for several months and even then you have to be one who buys credits with real money often. Just having one or two months worth is cheaper, even just a one time by is cheaper than paying the credit package.

Things come up in real life, you lose your job, something breaks which you need to replace, etc.

How long does illusions script last? I put one on my manse like eight hours ago and it's still there, I thought all illusions faded way quicker than that...
Unknown2011-03-22 22:09:35
I don't think they last longer than an in-game month, as my own experiments have determined.

I would have thought that getting them slowly (100+ per month) was a lot more economical than buying 100 for $39.99. I would think it would be more of a hassle to get a repeating cost cancelled.
