If you're including quest instruments as well, there's the organ in Mahalla's cave on top of the unplayable but regular items such as the Artisan flutes and trumpets and the auction drums.
Panpipes in Hifarae.

What instruments exist in Lusternia? (be it for bards or not.) we have: lute, lyre, mandolin, viola, violin and the flute and drums from auctions? ...are there any other things exist but are not playable by bards?
You no doubt know of flutes, trumpets, and music boxes that artisans can make and tinkerers can enchant.
I've heard rumors of a piano in the room description of someone's temple or somewhere in Hallifax or something, but I haven't seen it myself, to my recollection.
There's a pan flute in Hifarae Hills as part of a quest.
Gwylifar had sandojin-skin drums but they were just a prop for Serenguard guild rituals. They were set up to reset to him, though, so with that character's retirement, they're gone.
I've made a few craft items that push the edges. There's a steel barrel drum keg design, a lyre with a percussive sound cavity you can play like a marimba, and a coat that has a drum on the back like in the classic one-man-band ensemble.

Elostian has an organ in his temple.

You might check the Chateau in Delport too. I swear I've seen a piano in there at some point, though I might be mis-recalling.

Wonderful. Thanks.
Another question:
are you able to recall accepted designs to redo them? (mainly I want to keep the design number in order with the other pieces of the set >.>)

No, once it's accepted it's permanent unless you can get the Charites to do stuff with them.

Is it better to mend things (robes) as soon as you are able to, or wait until they are <5 months (as close to 0 as possible)? Do they last longer if you mend before they get to 1ish, or is it a set number of mendings?

If you want it to last as long as possible, mend them just before they decay. They go to the same month cap once you mend them. It's a random amount of mendings before they go tawdry.

Wait?? You can mend robes?? Does this stop them from decaying?? or delay the decaying??

Pushes it back, if you want to stop them from decaying, store them in a cabinet.

I seem to remember it being mentioned that the magic quill artifact now produces two pieces of vellum from every piece of leather, in addition to providing unlimited magic ink. Is this true?

This is true. Though it's not so much 'now' as 'always since vellum was introduced'. It also provides 2 letters per flax.

It has to be in the inventory to do as such, though, which is normal. Given origami jumped to my highest selling thing ever, it's saved a lot of money.

What does it mean when Daraius flattens his ears or waggles his tail. I R confused and cannot get a reading.

What's the deathsight message that shows up for a disembowel kill? I'm assuming its unique but I'm not sure I remember ever seeing it.

Tail wag is happy or content, flattened ears can be a lot of things, from upset, to confused, to countless other things. He keeps it purposefully ambiguous. There's also the whisker twitch, which is generally a startled upset, along the lines of, "I can't believe you just said that." . So much for Daraius and his incredible roleplay. You should see him wag his tail when he's in a chair, it's hilarious!
