I'm assuming you mean in ancient time? Because the Templars arrived just a few months ago, and the Paladins have been around forever, I think.
Yes, in ancient time.

Yes, in ancient time.
Templars pre-date Gaudiguch, which pre-dates the empire. The Paladins came about under imperial rule.

Okay, since I've not received a response to the mail I sent over a week ago, let's see if someone here knows (I've got my own assumptions, so let's leave those aside):
First, do the refills halve even if you pour from a keg with a level 1 or level 2 rune on them? Or does the loss scale appropriately?
Secondly, it says "when poured from a non-runed keg" (or something to that effect). Does this mean that if I pour from a level 3 to a level 1 keg, the contents are not reduced?

It should scale proportionately. You should not be able to use a lvl 3 rune on one keg to get the benefit across any other kegs that do not have a level 3 rune.

What are all the ways to increase ego damage?
What are all the ways to decrease ego damage?
Edit:
What are all the ways to see if someone is flying?

Telepathy...Not sure which...Maybe mindblast.

MindBlast? TP, I think.
Esano2010-08-01 08:30:52
Correct. Health/mana/ego damage, 6s balance, pretty negligible when that's taken into account. Most people can sparkle/scroll it up.

Dunno.. People accept it when you talk about a beast's level though.
Is this something I should be bugging?

paint haiden
You must first stand up before you can do that.
You use the last of the paints on your palette.
With a careful eye, you balance a palette of paints in one hand and prop a canvas on your knee. You brush with careful strokes until soon you have created a painting of Haiden.

Who can deconstruct furniture?
And in doing so, are commodities returned?
I ask because ever since the sudden up in comm costs, especially for Artisan items of all things (that seemed rather needless...), it has gotten extremely expensive for the Illuminati or anyone for that matter to consider investing in a bookshelf.
However, for the sake of having an actual, present library before we manage to afford our expansion, I'm starting to think it may be best we make a temporary bookshelf...
